How do I login to ROAMpay X5 for the first time?

To access the app, you will need to log in to your account.


Logging into the app will give you access to some payment processing features as well as your reporting, and some account settings.


Must Know:

  • The first time you log in, you’ll need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). See our enrollment guide for step-by-step instructions.
  • If you enter the wrong MFA code six times, your account will lock. To unlock it, MFA must be reset. See 'How do I reset my MFA?' for details.

How to log in?

Set Up ROAMPay X5

  1. Download the ROAMPay X5 app.
    For Android devices, open the Google Play store
    For Apple devices, open the App store.
  2. Tap the Username field and enter the username from your Welcome email.
  3. Tap the Password field and enter the password from your Welcome email.
  4. Tap Log In, then review the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Tap Accept to continue.

Set Up Your Email

  1. Enter your email address. This will be used for notifications and transaction confirmations.
  2. Tap Continue.

Create Your Password

  1. Create a password (5–64 characters, case-sensitive). This will also be used for the ROAMmerchant portal.
  2. Re-enter the password and tap Continue.

Set Up Security Questions

  1. Choose a security question from the first dropdown and enter your answer.
  2. Choose a second security question and enter your answer.
  3. Tap Continue.


Your account is now active, and you can start processing transactions in ROAMPay X5.
