How do I sign up for Business Track?

Business Track is an essential tool through an application called Clientline Enterprise. ClientLine Enterprise is a comprehensive transaction management and reporting portal that lets you track, analyze and monitor payments, understand transactions throughout the payment lifecycle and leverage existing reporting systems using a single point of integration. You will be able to access the following:

  • Detailed deposit histories
  • Transaction reports
  • Reconciliation reports
  • Monthly statements
  • Settlement history
  • Chargebacks

What will I need to enroll in?  

To enroll, you will need the following information handy:

  • Your Business Track Merchant # (this is provided in your boarding email from Worldline)
  • Your bank account number (drop any leading 0)
  • Tax ID (do not include the hyphen)
  • Company details

How do I enroll?

Here are the steps to enroll in Business Track:

  1. Go to https://www.businesstrack.com/manage/landing
  2. Under Create an Account click Enroll
  3. Select, Sign Up with our Merchant Account
  4. Fill in the information required 
  5. Check your email inbox for two emails - one with your username and another with your password. These are sent separately for security purposes.
  6. You are now ready to access all your reports through the Business Track Portal!
